Les grands joueurs ont soif de critiques\u00a0\u00bb<\/p><cite>&#8211; Don Meyer<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Une fois que tu as \u00e9valu\u00e9 tes propres forces et faiblesses, demande \u00e0 ton entra\u00eeneur s&rsquo;il veut bien te consacrer quelques minutes pour partager ses r\u00e9flexions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Demande-lui d&rsquo;\u00eatre honn\u00eate avec toi et de te donner son avis afin de savoir, quels sont, selon lui, tes points forts et tes points faibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2714 Mais tu dois \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 accepter ces critiques. Comprends que tu te mets dans une position vuln\u00e9rable et que tu dois \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00e9couter les conseils de ton entra\u00eeneur.
