Le self-talk positif vous dit des choses comme \u00ab\u00a0je fais de mon mieux\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0je ne me sens pas tr\u00e8s bien aujourd&rsquo;hui, mais les choses pourraient \u00eatre pires\u00a0\u00bb. Il vous permet de voir le bon c\u00f4t\u00e9 des choses et de vous encourager. D&rsquo;un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, le self-talk\u00a0 n\u00e9gatif vous fait vous sentir mal dans votre peau et dans votre vie en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Par exemple, vous pouvez dire : \u00ab\u00a0Tout est terrible en ce moment\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0Je ne suis pas assez intelligent pour faire \u00e7a\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0Je devrais faire mieux\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fa\u00e7on dont vous vous sentez peut d\u00e9pendre de la promotion d&rsquo;un discours positif au lieu d&rsquo;un discours n\u00e9gatif. Souvent, nous prenons des choses n\u00e9gatives que les gens nous disent et nous les r\u00e9p\u00e9tons dans notre t\u00eate encore et encore. Nous finissons par entendre le message de nous-m\u00eames si souvent que nous commen\u00e7ons \u00e0 nous sentir en col\u00e8re, craintifs ou m\u00eame coupables.
